The PT timer is an adjustable precise time delay pneumatic device. The timer is available with an on delay (NC), or an off delay (NO) output. The timer has 1/8 inch NPT ports.
The PT series timer combines a pneumatic timing mechanism with a floating spool valve assembly to provide a wide range of adjustable time control for fluid power systems. The timing assembly, which operates independently of the control pressure, is available in nine different ranges from one tenth of a second to 60 minutes, adjustable by means of a time-calibrated dial. Timing action is initiated by a motor diaphragm operated by a control pressure of from 5 to 140 PSIG.
The timer is equipped with a multi purpose 3 way output valve allowing it to be used as normally open, normally closed or as a diverter.
The PT is designed for panel or surface mounting. Panel mounted versions include a 3 13/16 inch square bezel while surface mounted units are equipped with a bracket for vertical mounting. If required, The PT can be specially calibrated for mounting horizontally.
On Delay Timer Operation Pilot pressure is applied to the control port to start timing. After the timer reaches its set time, the valve switches over. Removal of the pilot signal at any time resets the timer.

Mushroom Heads provide easy operation of valve. An internal air pilot assist using the supply air. reduces the force necessary to operate valve to 14 ounces.
Operating pressure range is 35 to 145 PSI. Minimum operating pressure is 35 PSI. Actuation force at 90 PSI. is approx 14 ozs.
Panel mounting hole is 7/8 inch (22 mm) diameter. Above panel dimensions are 1.375″ Dia. x 1″ H. (Mushroom) or 0.625″ H. (Shroud Head).
Behind panel dimensions of 3 way valve – 3.75″ D x 1.375″ H x 0.75″ W; 4 way valve – 4.25″ D x 1.375″ H x 0.75″ W.
Allow space for fittings and tubing.
Valve through body mounting holes are 3/16″ diameter.
For valve specifications see appendix. For detail dimensions contact factory.

Three position valves are used mostly to position cylinders manually. The operator controls the cylinder direction by moving the lever side to side. Valves with all ports open in the center position allow the cylinder piston rod to move freely, while valves with all ports closed in the center position will hold the cylinder in the desired position when the lever is returned lo center. Valves can be panel or body mounted.
Operating pressure range Is 0-145 PSI. Actuation force at 90 PSI, is approx. 3.4 Lbs.
Panel mounting hole size for 1/8-ported valves is 5/8 inch diameter, for 1/4-ported valves, 7/8 inch. Through body mounting holes are 3/16″ dia.
Typical dimensions of spring return 1/8 ported valves are 4″ L x 1.375″ W x .75″ D. For 1/4 ported valves: 5.375″ L x 2″ W x 1″ D. Above panel dimensions including handle for 1/8-ported valves – 2.5″. 1/4-ported valves -3.375″. Allow space for fittings and tubing.
For valve specifications see appendix. For detail dimensions contact factory.

Instant Push-In Fittings for 4mm (5/32″) O.D. Tubing
Instant push-in fittings provide a fast means of connecting pneumatic systems. Air connections are made by pushing tubing into fitting. Removal of tubing is done by pressing in on the brass collar, releasing tube. Series 52 fittings are designed for 5/32 inch (4mm) tubing and are constructed with a brass base and an anodized aluminum collar. Series 56 push-in fittings are constructed the same except have molded collars, and accept 1/8 inch (6mm) tubing.
Item # 50040
Brass metric sized fittings provide a full family of connectors for most applications in miniature pneumatics. Machined from solid brass stock, fittings are dependable, easy to install and reduce space requirements.
Series 50 fittings also include quick connect couplings and brass manifolds.
Item # 76097-71-42
Valves are constructed to the European ISO standard, fit on ISO manifolds or sub-plates and are interchangeable amongst manufacturers. Standard pneumatically operated valves are listed.
Single air piloted ISO 1 and ISO 2 valves are available with manual resets (ISO pump valves). A pneumatic “not/not” valve is also available.

Item # 75024-05-00
Three position valves can be used to position cylinder piston rods or switch air supplies to alternate devices. Flat mounted spool valves are available in 2 versions; with all ports open or all ports closed in the center (off) position. Springs return the valve to the center position when the coil power is switched off.
Operating pressure range is 35 to 145 PSI.
Through body mounting holes are 3/16″.
For valve specifications see appendix. See valve accessory section for electrical connectors. For detail dimensions contact factory.
