Spool Design, In Line Mounting
Three position spool valves are used mostly to position cylinders. Valves with all ports open in the center position allow the cylinder piston rod to move freely, while valves with all ports closed in the center position will hold the cylinder in the desired position when no pilot pressure is present. A third type keeps line pressure on both sides of the cylinder piston.
Pneumatically actuated spool valves are available in 1/8 and 1/4 port sizes and require a minimum of 35 PSI operating pressure. Valves can be mounted with through body holes or assembled on manifolds.
Pilot port size (for actuation): 1/8 for all size valves.
Operating pressure range 35 to 145 PSI. Actuation force (pilot pressure): 35 PSI minimum.
Mounting via 4 through body holes 3/16? Dia.
For valve specifications see appendix. See accessory section for manifolds if required. For detail dimensions contact factory.

Brass metric sized fittings provide a full family of connectors for most applications in miniature pneumatics. Machined from solid brass stock, fittings are dependable, easy to install and reduce space requirements.
Series 50 fittings also include quick connect couplings and brass manifolds.

Solenoid operated, air piloted poppet valves are available in single, double, priority and external air pilot supply versions. Priority version overrides signal from opposite solenoid to assure return to valve home position. Valves with external air pilot connections are used when switching pressures below 35 PSI.
Poppet valves usually provide higher flow rates than other types of valves because of flow path design.
Valves include a red manual override for easy testing. Encapsulated coils provide splash proof protection when used with plug connectors. Valves can be mounted individually using through body holes or assembled on manifolds.
Operating pressure range is 35 to 145 PSI. (Use valves with external pilot for switching lower pressures).
Through body holes are 3/16″ for 1/8 and 1/4 ported valves, 1/4 ? for 1/2 ported valves.
For valve specifications see appendix. See accessory section for connectors and manifolds. For detail dimensions contact factory.

Mushroom Heads provide easy operation of valve. An internal air pilot assist using the supply air. reduces the force necessary to operate valve to 14 ounces.
Operating pressure range is 35 to 145 PSI. Minimum operating pressure is 35 PSI. Actuation force at 90 PSI. is approx 14 ozs.
Panel mounting hole is 7/8 inch (22 mm) diameter. Above panel dimensions are 1.375″ Dia. x 1″ H. (Mushroom) or 0.625″ H. (Shroud Head).
Behind panel dimensions of 3 way valve – 3.75″ D x 1.375″ H x 0.75″ W; 4 way valve – 4.25″ D x 1.375″ H x 0.75″ W.
Allow space for fittings and tubing.
Valve through body mounting holes are 3/16″ diameter.
For valve specifications see appendix. For detail dimensions contact factory.

Push to latch, turn to unlatch. Can be used as an emergency stop button.
Operating pressure range std. type- 0-145 PSI, air piloted types minimum 35 PSI. Actuation force: std – 7.9 lbs , air pilot. assisted types 1 8 lbs.
Above panel dim are 1.125″ dia x 1.25″H. Behind panel dimensions are 4″ (3 way), 4.5″ (4 way) D. x 1.375″ H x 0.75 W.

AL indicators provide a 2 color visual indication of the presence or absence of air pressure in a system. The indicators are available in a variety of color choices. The AL series are fixed 2 color units that change color when air pressure is applied.
Units are designed for oil tight panel mounting. The rounded lens configuration provides for a 180Ā° view of position.

Instant push-In Fittings for 6mm (1/8″) O.D. Tubing
Instant push-in fittings provide a fast means of connecting pneumatic systems. Air connections are made by pushing tubing into fitting. Removal of tubing is done by pressing in on the brass collar, releasing tube. Series 52 fittings are designed for 5/32 inch (4mm) tubing and are constructed with a brass base and an anodized aluminum collar. Series 56 push-in fittings are constructed the same except have molded collars, and accept 1/8 inch (6mm) tubing.

The PT timer is an adjustable precise time delay pneumatic device. The timer is available with an on delay (NC), or an off delay (NO) output. The timer has 1/8 inch NPT ports.
The PT series timer combines a pneumatic timing mechanism with a floating spool valve assembly to provide a wide range of adjustable time control for fluid power systems. The timing assembly, which operates independently of the control pressure, is available in nine different ranges from one tenth of a second to 60 minutes, adjustable by means of a time-calibrated dial. Timing action is initiated by a motor diaphragm operated by a control pressure of from 5 to 140 PSIG.
The timer is equipped with a multi purpose 3 way output valve allowing it to be used as normally open, normally closed or as a diverter.
The PT is designed for panel or surface mounting. Panel mounted versions include a 3 13/16 inch square bezel while surface mounted units are equipped with a bracket for vertical mounting. If required, The PT can be specially calibrated for mounting horizontally.
Off Delay Timer OperationĀ Applying pilot pressure of at least 100ms in duration to the control port shifts the valve. When the pilot pressure is removed, the timing sequence begins. After the timer reaches its set time, the valve switches off. Re-applying the pilot pressure resets the timer and valve.
